Refund Policy
1. Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a consumer (not a business client), you have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of entering into the contract without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (via email or letter) within 14 days of signing the agreement. If you cancel within this period, and no consultancy work has begun, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid.
If you request services to begin during the 14-day period and then cancel, you may be charged a proportionate fee for the work carried out up to the point of cancellation.
2. Refunds Outside the Cooling-Off Period
After the 14-day cooling-off period, our refund policy is as follows:

Work Not Started: If no work has been undertaken and you cancel the agreement, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund at our discretion.

Work in Progress: If consultancy work has commenced, refunds will be calculated based on:

The amount of time already spent on the project.

Any costs or expenses already incurred.

A reasonable administration fee (if applicable).

4. Business-to-Business (B2B) Clients
The 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to business clients. Refunds for B2B services are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in the service agreement.
